ZUMBATOMIC

I'll be running Zumbatomic® classes during the summer holidays :-)

Zumbatomic is a fun, high-energy, fitness-party packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines – all set to fantastic Latin-influenced music. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effect it has on children – increasing focus, improving self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing co-ordination skills. Zumbatomic can also help achieve family fitness goals. 

Please ensure your child wears suitable clothing and footwear to dance and play a few games (some are floor-based). You will also need to pack a drink for your child (labelled with your child's name). Please also remind your child to visit the toilet prior to the session. 

The class is suitable for 4-12 year olds and lasts 40 minutes.
