What is Zumba®? It's a Latin-influenced dance-fitness craze that has taken the UK by storm. Many people are flocking to Zumba because it encompasses almost everything we want in a workout - cardiovascular conditioning in the form of a good, calorie burning workout with some resistance training mixed in, as well as a large dose of fun. You will completely forget that you are taking a fitness class ... so “ditch the workout - join the party!”
I also run Zumba Gold® classes in Northwood, Bushey, Ickenham, Croxley Green and Sarratt. Zumba Gold is specifically aimed at active seniors, beginners to exercise and other participants who may have physical limitations (e.g. joint problems). ZUMBA GOLD 'COFFEE HOUR' FUNDRAISING FOR MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT
I would like to thank everybody who attended one of my fundraising 'coffee hours' and for all your generous donations. We raised a phenomenal £1055.55!!! Thank you very much. We can now spend the next month working off all the cake we've eaten :-)
ZUMBA/BODY CONDITIONING CLASS BUSHEY - PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Regrettably I have decided to close the Monday evening class in Bushey w.e.f. 1st July.
'STRONG BY ZUMBA'
Zumba LLC has introduced another programme to its portfolio; the latest one being 'Strong by Zumba' which is a high intensity interval training programme. I will be incorporating a few tracks into my Zumba/Body Conditioning classes, so be prepared to push yourself to your limit!
