What is Zumba? It's a Latin-influenced dance-fitness programme that has taken the UK by storm.  It's a craze that has made a huge impact because it encompasses almost everything we want in a workout - cardiovascular conditioning in the form of a good calorie burning class, with some resistance training included in the mix, as well as a large dose of fun. You will completely forget that you're taking a fitness class - so ditch the workout and join the party!

What is Zumba Gold?  It's a programme specifically aimed at active seniors, beginners to exercise and participants with minor physical limitations (e.g. osteoarthritis). 

​

Where can you find a class?  I run weekly sessions in Pinner, Bushey, Ickenham, Croxley Green and Sarratt.  All my classes are drop-in so there's no need to pre--book.  Please check out the Class Schedule page for full details.

SARRATT CLASS - CHANGE OF LOCATION (16TH JULY 2026)

The class on Thursday 16th July will be held at The Dance Studio (upstairs) at Blackwell’s, 10 The Common, Chipperfield WD4 9BS.  Parking is available on the Common and also outside St Paul’s Church. 

 

ICKENHAM CLASS - CHANGE OF LOCATION (28TH JULY & 18TH AUGUST)

There are two venue changes coming up, as follows:

• Tuesday 28th July

• Tuesday 18th August

 

The 9.30am and 10.40am classes will be held at the Scouts Hut, Community Close, Ickenham UB10 8RE on both dates.  The venue is across the road from Ickenham Library, and the council car park directly outside the library is the closest one to the Scouts Hut.

 

CROXLEY GREEN CLASS - CHANGE OF LOCATION (29TH JULY)

The class on Wednesday 29th July has been relocated to The Hub, Christ First, Fuller Way, Croxley Green WD3 3PJ.  There is limited parking directly outside The Hub, as well as on the surrounding residential roads.

 

SUMMER BANK HOLIDAY - MONDAY 31ST AUGUST

I won’t be running the Pinner or Bushey classes on the bank holiday at the end of August.

WEEKLY CLASS FEE 

I am currently offering a weekly class fee of £8 which allows access to any of my timetabled classes during the same week.

I offer a monthly subscription to an online Zumba Gold class.  Please contact me for further details.
