WAIT!!! BEFORE YOU BOOK ... PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- Consult your GP
before starting this or any new exercise programme. If at any time during
exercise you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, discontinue the workout and
notify your GP.
- Please make sure
you are wearing supportive footwear - no bare feet or slippers!
- Ensure you have
enough space around you.
- Check that there
is nothing around to trip you up or bump into.
- Have a glass of
water nearby - it's important to stay hydrated throughout the session.
- I suggest that
you limit your 'at home' class experience to no more than 3 per week.
There
is no wrong way - just dance like nobody's watching you
:-). Remember, movement and energy keep life exciting – and when you’re
dancing it’s even better.
